Driving Gender
Diversity & Inclusion

CAF India is committed to creating a diverse, inclusive, and enabling environment for one and all. Founded on the principles of equality, we firmly uphold diversity to enrich our quality of decision-making, enhance our efficiency and effectiveness in programmatic intervention to positively impact the lives of the community, and deepen our relationship with stakeholders. We confirmed our commitment in 2022 by adopting a framework and action plan for gender, diversity, and inclusion (GDI) in our vernacular, ethics, policies, program, and budget. To build and promote a diverse workforce and a culture of inclusion, CAF India has identified three main pillars to catalyze action: corporate governance, inclusive culture, and diversity in leadership. The implementation strategy involves applying a gender and inclusion lens to:

– Programmes and developing indicators for tracking outcomes

– Assessment of new opportunities

– Deeper dialogue by conducting round-tables by engaging subject matter experts on emerging issues

– Continually revisiting our organizational policies
