What is the mminimum amount that can be donated through the payroll giving programme Give As You Earn ?
You can give any amount through the payroll giving programme. We recommend that you give a minimum amount of Rs. 250
How many NGOs can an employee support through the programme?
You can support as many NGOs and causes of your choice
For how long can an employee extend support to the NGO of his choice?
Employees can support the NGOs of their choice for as long as they wish. CAF India advises them to extend support for a minimum period of one year
Why does CAF India charge the company for administrative cost?
CAF India charges companies an administrative cost for rendering the following services:
- Due diligence and validation of NGOs
- Monitoring the programs for which donations are given
- Provide training and capacity building for NGO partners
- Reporting to donors on funds utilized at the end of the FY
